Job Summary
The Front Desk Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all who interact with the company. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel or facilities.
- Answers and directs incoming calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Assists with the maintenance of the company's electronic visitor management system and supplies.
- Provides administrative support to the Property Management team, including processing vehicle sticker requests and personal protective equipment requests.
- Collaborates with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program and Global Quality policies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
