Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wok Box. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet work schedules and ensure timely food delivery.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the management team to plan and execute menu changes, promotions, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
