About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Amphenol Corporation. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting our entire product line and global manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing and OEM Sales, to drive sales growth.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
