Retail Store Supervisor

CHALO FRESHCO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our retail operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support.
- Ensure that sales staff are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling and customer service.
