Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our team at 2621193 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of roofing and shingling teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Train and Develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure they are equipped to handle complex roofing projects.
  • Ensure Health and Safety protocols are followed at all times, and that all team members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage Resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
  • Communicate Effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the satisfaction of all parties.
  • Monitor and Report on project progress, including identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality work.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime as needed.

The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
