Our management team collaborates with our personnel to find a position and environment that aligns with their preferences.

Security Officers are tasked with providing assistance, understanding, customer service, and ensuring public safety for all visitors and guests at their designated locations. This role may also require physical activity, as our Security Officers often cover extensive distances during their shifts, including navigating multiple flights of stairs.

A typical day for a Paladin Security Officer includes:

  • Conducting proactive patrols to ensure safety, addressing violations of site policies, and documenting any issues
  • Responding swiftly and professionally to security alarms and emergencies
  • De-escalating tense situations and assisting in coordination with emergency services
  • Managing crowd control and addressing unauthorized individuals on the premises
  • Writing comprehensive reports, including incident, emergency, and daily activity reports
  • Administering first aid when necessary
  • Utilizing communication tools to report site activities
