Food Service Manager

YNT Hakka is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- Willing to relocate
- Relocation costs covered by employer
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet our high standards of quality and service. You will be standing for extended periods and must have a strong attention to detail.
