Position Overview

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Financial Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing a budget ranging from $100,001 to $500,000.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the types of services to be provided and establish operational protocols.
  • Manage cash flow and prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and cash reports.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations.
  • Calculate costs for products and services offered.
  • Oversee inventory management and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
