About the Role
As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences through counseling, instruction, and hearing aid fittings. You will work closely with patients to understand their unique needs and provide personalized solutions to improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide recommendations for the best hearing aid solutions
- Fit hearing aids and provide follow-up care to ensure optimal results
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to educate patients on their hearing loss and the benefits of our technology
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care and excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- Registered Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) in the Province of Newfoundland
- Proven sales experience and ability to work independently
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Commitment to integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and internal staff
