Job Title: Client Success Manager

Rystad Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Success Manager to join our Calgary-based Sales & Marketing team. As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for growing and developing our client relationships in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and adoption of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including delivering customized product demos and onboarding.
  • Monitor client health and adoption metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Partner with Account Managers to provide insights on client health and develop strategies to drive growth and retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in growing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention is highly desired.
  • Experience working with database products or SaaS is an advantage.
  • Energy and/or Financial background is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
