We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Secure Energy. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
- Provide training and support to customers on our digital products and services.
- Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product development and improvement.
- Work with stakeholders to define and deliver customer-centric product requirements.
- Develop and maintain customer-facing content, including product documentation and training materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer experience, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with project management and program management.
- Experience with business requirements gathering and change management.
