Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Shared Services team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our Payments team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our payment platform, ensuring seamless and exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with market and customer needs, working closely with development teams to deliver compelling product solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and launch new products and services that drive business objectives.
  • Build and prioritize the product roadmap, working with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Work with technical leadership to break down features, implement details, and build delivery milestones.
  • Balance business and technical requirements to bring value to customers while allowing for scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date on the global landscape for payments and financial services.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving the development of highly scalable, global SaaS products from the ground up.
  • Passion for working with customers and internal stakeholders, discovering problems and driving solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Proven collaborator capable of working across time zones and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize across multiple initiatives.
  • Knowledge of payments, banking, or other financial services is a plus.
