We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Montreal, QC. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a robust sales portfolio, onboarding clients, and providing comprehensive support to ensure client satisfaction and continued support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and support a robust sales portfolio to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Onboard new clients and provide comprehensive support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the payment industry and our offerings to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

**Requirements**
- Fluency in both French and English.
