About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our Payments team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the overall product direction and strategy for our Payments solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams, to gather insights and shape product direction.
  • Craft feature and scope definitions that balance customer, business, and implementation perspectives.
  • Drive implementation and execution of the team's roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in product management, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in SaaS products at scale.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach to solving problems and delivering value.
  • Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high-quality software on time.
  • Solid understanding of setting, measuring, and improving product success metrics.
  • Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping tools.
