The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated commercial real estate broker to join our newly expanded office in Vancouver. This role presents a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to enhance their leasing and sales expertise within the commercial real estate sector, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft offers and support leasing and sales negotiations
  • Negotiate listing agreements
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on investment opportunities

  • Provide guidance and support to clients as required
  • Deliver marketing presentations
  • Participate in networking and industry events

Qualifications

  • Possession of an active sales representative license with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia
