About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Aarti Impex Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our sales team.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Meeting Minutes: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to keep our team informed.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Data Analysis: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports to keep our team and stakeholders informed.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations to support our sales team.
  • Marketing Support: Work with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work Environment: This is a 35-hour per week position that requires a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
