Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at GOLDMINES CONSTRUCTION INC. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold based on market research and trends.
- Implement price and credits policies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Determine staffing requirements to meet business needs.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
Work Environment:
- Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
