- Lead a professional team dedicated to safety, quality, and customer service, and coordinate with support departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer-facing and back-office services.
- Ensure the application of and compliance with work methods, policies, and procedures established by the company.
- Represent the company and maintain close links with customer executives, establishing business alignment with customers and ensuring contract renewal while protecting company and shareholder interests.
- Develop relationships with senior customer decision-makers to align their needs with Equans capabilities and control outcomes.
- Manage all risks, whether financial, legal, operational, or health, safety, and environment.
- Resource planning and adaptation of organization based on market opportunity and needs, and manage and supervise employees under your responsibility.
- Identify training needs and ensure adequate development of all on-site personnel to prepare for succession.
- Recognized leadership experience in a multisite, multicultural environment and some knowledge of facility management activities.
- Ability to manage and motivate a large geographically dispersed team.
- Knowledge of facility management and capacity to understand technical situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop long-term relationships at a senior level.
- Financial skills and expertise in managing a Profit Center.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
