As an Information Technology Coordinator at Johnson Electric, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing our IT infrastructure. Your role encompasses the establishment of protocols, guidance on technological decisions, provision of technical assistance, and coordination of both software and hardware deployments. You will also be responsible for monitoring system efficiency and ensuring adherence to IT regulations. Effective collaboration with various teams and delivering exceptional support to end-users will be essential for your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and configure departmental software and hardware, including computers for network functionality. Facilitate network and telecommunication access for all personnel while educating them on proper network usage and protocols. Install, troubleshoot, and provide support for Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems. Deliver end-user training and support as necessary. Manage corporate mobile phone distribution and IT procurement for the facility. Execute IT-related initiatives, both software and hardware, while collaborating with corporate IT for integrated support. Safeguard data integrity and network access. Propose IT strategies, policies, and procedures based on assessments and future needs. Assist with vulnerability remediation in alignment with the company's security protocols. Perform additional related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

Proficient in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving Microsoft SQL issues. Experience operating in a 24/7 environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in Windows 7 and 10. Familiarity with Zscaler Office Platform is advantageous. Knowledge of Cisco VoIP telephone systems. Strong understanding of Active Directory is a plus. Experience in a manufacturing setting is beneficial. Excellent computer proficiency. Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, across all organizational levels. High integrity and reliability with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset.
