Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at RW&CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, achieving sales and profit goals, and maintaining a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including sales floor management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandise Management: Implement merchandise strategies, including buying, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to the Store Manager and District Manager.
- Leadership Experience: At least 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Sales and Profit Goals: Proven ability to lead teams to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Education: High School graduate or GED equivalent. Post-secondary education is an asset.
- Availability: Availability to work weekends and evenings.
- Age: At least 18 years of age.
