Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  2. Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  4. Manage and train a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results
  5. Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  6. Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and cash handling
  7. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives
