Administrative & Secretarial Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Secretarial Specialist to provide exceptional support to our team at beBee Professionals in Kitchener.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Provide general office support, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Develop and maintain filing systems and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and book meetings
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
