Our Opportunity
This role is pivotal in spearheading new business ventures, strategic planning, and financial modeling. It entails a thorough analysis of the profitability of the business unit, which includes reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, alongside ad-hoc analyses and special projects. This position collaborates cross-functionally with senior leaders from various departments, acting as both a business owner and the primary finance resource for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline. Previous experience in fast-paced finance roles such as FP&A or investment banking is advantageous. Proficiency in advanced financial modeling. Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills, including experience with databases and spreadsheet applications. Highly skilled in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with in-depth knowledge of advanced formulas, charting, and pivot tables. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn and embrace challenges. Self-motivated and proactive. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with all organizational levels, including senior executives. Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced setting.#TimHortons
