About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons - 104501. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of the restaurant.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards to exceed customer expectations.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure efficient inventory management.
    • Prepare and submit budgets and cost estimates to support business decisions.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
    • Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and lead others.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
