Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Insurance team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, building strong relationships with our clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of client service and care by servicing your assigned book of business
  • Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues to identify new business opportunities
  • Work to meet and exceed budgets by prospecting new business and collaborating with other HUB divisions
  • Identify coverage gaps and offer coverage solutions to clients
  • Manage and collect accounts receivables
  • Focus on continued professional development to enhance your skills and abilities

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in insurance sales or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and exceptional communication skills
