Hub International Insurance Brokers is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance team.

We are looking for an individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the highest level of client service and care by servicing your assigned book of business.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues and clients by working on client renewals and new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed budgets by prospecting new business and working with other HUB divisions.
  • Identify coverage gaps and offer coverage solutions.
  • Manage and collect accounts receivables.
  • Focus on continued professional development to enhance your skills and abilities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in insurance sales or customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A people person who can provide superior client service while working collaboratively with the team.
