Job Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health and dental plans, pension plans, and other benefits programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment standards, health and safety, and human rights.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-7 months of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
