Job Summary

The Expert, Program and Project Management is a critical role responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a project, from initiation to completion. This position works closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop the project plan, including the timeline, budget, and resource plans
    • Execute the project plan, monitor project progress against the project plan, and ensure the project remains on scope, on time, and on budget while ensuring the completeness and quality of all project deliverables
    • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Risk and Change Management
    • Perform risk management planning, identification, and analysis to define a risk response plan
    • Identify key project issues and risks and provide leadership to resolve
    • Handle change requests proactively (i.e., scope, time, or budget change requests)
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Articulate and communicate objectives, requirements, expectations, concepts, issues, and progress to the team, senior management, and stakeholders
    • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
    • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the project's success
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Between 10 to 15 years of Project Management experience
    • Experience in managing Infrastructure and telecom projects
    • Experience in complex project delivery (e.g., new technologies, multi-site deployment, large-scale programs or projects)
  • Education/Certification/Designation
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management
    • Project Management Institute (PMP) certification
