We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Male Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we offer a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a Male Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker with a minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience who is passionate, resilient, and highly skilled. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, and will be able to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to our clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support clients to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care
