About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Representative to join our team at National Bank. As an Account Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
