About the Role:
On Side Restoration is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual eClaim Support Specialist to join our Client Support Services team in Québec. As an eClaim Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient claim processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and monitor eClaim requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide backup and support to the Project Administration team as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and technologies, including training users and testing new features.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and uploaded into internal and external claims systems.
- Review external invoicing for compliance, as assigned.
- Provide direction and support in other areas as required, and mentor and train business partners in the use of eClaim.
Requirements:
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English and French.
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on customer service and support.
- Previous experience in mentoring and training, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work well under pressure, independently, and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
