    • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
    • Provide training to staff regarding their job functions, hygiene, and safety protocols.
    • Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
    • Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
    • Supervise the assembly of food trays.
    • Oversee the delivery process of food trolleys.
    • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
  • Supervision
    • Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
    • Includes food service counter attendants and food preparers.
