Job Summary

CSN Collision is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Body Repair Specialist to join our team. As an Auto Body Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review damage reports and estimates to plan work and ensure accurate repairs
  • Examine collision damage thoroughly, checking all power accessories and identifying any prior damages
  • Perform structural and complete body repairs, including repairing and replacing front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components
  • Weld vehicles using MIG welders and compression spot welders
  • Dismantle damaged areas to identify hidden damages and repair or replace damaged parts
  • File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools
  • Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams
  • Restore vehicles to factory specifications
  • Inspect repaired vehicles and test drive them for proper handling
  • Read and understand estimates and automotive repair procedures
  • Work with a variety of metals, plastics, glass, electrical, and mechanical parts
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
  • Follow standardized production processes
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in auto body repair
  • Auto Body Repair - 310B Red Seal License (310Q) or registered apprenticeship program
  • I-Car and OEM certifications are favorable
  • I-Car Welding certification
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Own tools and safety footwear
