With a portfolio of 31 hotels and over 5,800 rooms across Canada and the United States, 18 food and beverage outlets, and 5 residential properties, Manga Hotel Group has established itself as a leading player in the hospitality industry.

Our company has a rich history of over 35 years, with a proven track record of acquiring, investing in, and operating hotels. We have a strong focus on construction and development, having built almost two dozen properties and renovated, repositioned, and rebranded many more.

As a result, we have engaged in over 50 hotel transactions since our inception.

About the Role

The Revenue Manager will play a critical role in working with key leadership individuals across the organization to design and report on core analytics and metrics. This includes driving, monitoring, diagnosing, and supporting our go-to-market initiatives and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline and automate processes to compile and analyze data from various sources and systems.
  • Act as a key cross-functional liaison between Revenue, Operations, and Sales, as well as other departments.
  • Support Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Operations in creating executive reports.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as needed across multiple data sets.
  • Continuously monitor revenue metrics with a good understanding of KPIs and how they can be impacted.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations.
  • Monitor the day-to-day rates of the hotels multiple times a day.

Requirements

  • Hospitality Tourism Degree.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, Travelclick/Amadeus, OTA Insight, Hilton, Marriott, and IHG.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to understand data to extrapolate patterns to enhance revenue insights.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; credibility with peers and management.
