About the Role

Flo Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for estimating costs of installing equipment, preparing sales contracts, and promoting sales to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment and services
  • Prepare sales contracts and proposals to illustrate benefits of our solutions
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits of our solutions
  • Deliver sales presentations and conduct sales transactions
  • Provide input into product design to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our solutions
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Provide customer service and supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in sales and technical sales
  • Industrial equipment sales experience
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
