Land Development Project Engineer

We are excited to present a unique opportunity within InfraCor Group, where you will collaborate with a leading design team specializing in land development. This role involves engaging in a diverse range of sustainable greenfield and redevelopment initiatives across various sectors, including residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in the intricate design aspects of subdivisions, site grading, and infrastructure servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Land Development team on projects across multiple provinces;
- Coordinate with the design team to fulfill client requirements effectively;
- Support the process of securing land development approvals;
- Contribute to the creation of proposal documentation;
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a diploma in Technology with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
- A proactive individual eager to explore growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding organization;
- A strong passion for consulting work in a distinctive office environment that emphasizes sustainable land development and heavy civil engineering projects;
- Familiarity with the land development approval processes is advantageous;
- Proficient in the use of Infrastructure Design Suite products, including Civil 3D;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
