Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Infrastructure Analyst I to join our team at Watson Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all PC equipment and peripherals are configured and conform to our clinic's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for software and hardware related issues, escalating as needed.
- Create and update support tickets according to department policies and procedures.
- Configure and repair PC and peripherals within a networked environment.
- Support mobile devices, including Wi-Fi networks, application installs, and troubleshooting.
- Install software, hardware, upgrades, and patches in accordance with department policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with Windows applications, including operating systems, MS Office products, and MS Exchange/Outlook.
- Understand and support software needed for security, including encryption, anti-virus, and firewalls.
- Participate in on-call rotations and escalate as required by department policies and procedures.
- Assist with maintaining a comprehensive and accurate inventory of all equipment.
- Troubleshoot printing issues and escort external vendors and support personnel to ensure security and destruction policies are followed.
- 2 years of experience with computer equipment, software, or other technical related hardware.
- Current technical certifications and/or Associates of Science degree in computer related field with 1 year of experience.
- Excellent oral, written, and professional communication skills.
- Attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of common practices and procedures within the information technology field.
