Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and peripherals, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Install and upgrade software and hardware, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Support mobile devices, including Wi-Fi networks, application installs, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive and accurate inventory of all equipment.
- Escalate technical issues as required, and provide on-call support as needed.
- Collaborate with departmental teams to ensure seamless integration of technical systems.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, with a focus on computer hardware and software.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office products, and MS Exchange/Outlook.
- Experience with network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Current technical certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA.
- Associate's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience with security software, including encryption, anti-virus, and firewalls.
