Overview:
As a pivotal member of the AWS Security team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the AWS cloud ecosystem and our diverse clientele. Your Role:
In this position, you will be tasked with ensuring that our applications, services, and platforms adhere to the highest security standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough security assessments of applications
  • Implementing secure architectural designs
  • Performing threat modeling and risk analysis
  • Developing security automation tools
  • Providing security training and guidance to internal teams
  • Contributing to security metrics and reporting

Collaboration and Growth:

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in security engineering, application security, or related fields
  • Proficiency in secure coding practices and threat modeling
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work on diverse tasks
