Restaurant Operations Manager

At Barburrito, we're seeking a skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing operational procedures, managing inventory, and negotiating with suppliers. If you have a passion for the food service industry and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage budgets to optimize food, ingredient, and supply costs
* Evaluate and improve daily operations to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
* Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution
* Supervise and train staff to meet high standards of customer service and quality
* Determine and implement operational procedures to drive sales growth and efficiency
* Maintain accurate inventory records and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
* Provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role
* College education or equivalent
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Passion for the food service industry and commitment to excellence
