As a Facility Coordinator, you will play a key role in our "Just Ask Us" business model, providing clients with a one-stop shop for all their facility needs. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and project management, balancing time between on-site and in-office to maintain excellent customer relationships and quality of work.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend customer sites for walk-throughs and quality assurance.
- Conduct in-person sales calls and visits to new leads.
- Oversee projects and ensure timely completion.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and/or service roles.
- Experience as a project coordinator or similar is an asset.
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM, and databases.
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
