Position Overview:
- Responding to guest inquiries regarding menu items, beverages, and services
- Assisting with food running to ensure prompt delivery
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
- Collaborating with team members for effective seating arrangements
- Monitoring food quality and adherence to presentation standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience is advantageous
- Smart Serve Certification is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills and product knowledge
