Job Title: Gas Station Manager

MIRAB RETAIL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a skilled Gas Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail fueling site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties.
  • Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration.
Supervision:

Supervise 3-4 people.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees:

Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.

Support for Youths:

Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.

Support for Indigenous People:

Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.

This is a permanent position with a work language of English and 37.5 hours of work per week.
