We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Parts Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the agricultural industry.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct, professional consultation with customers to determine their needs and preferences.
- Retail and maintain a professional display of a broad spectrum of parts and merchandise in our store.
- Assist in inventory control and maintain a professional retail environment.
- 2-3 years of front-facing customer experience.
- Education or experience with parts is considered an asset.
- Self-motivated and driven to serve customer needs.
- Knowledgeable in the area of farming and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a positive team environment.
