Job Summary:

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a skilled Pump Attendant to provide exceptional customer service and support to our members and guests. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to create a positive shopping experience, providing personalized service and assistance with sales and inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety standards and protocols.
• Assist with merchandising and housekeeping standards, ensuring adequate display and stock of products.
• Support team members as needed, and complete general housekeeping duties to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Capable of lifting up to 30kg.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
• Manual dexterity required to use petroleum pumps, sales till, and peripherals.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
