Job Summary:

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a skilled Pump Attendant to provide exceptional customer service and support to our members and guests. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering a positive shopping experience, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to create a positive shopping experience, providing personalized service and assistance with sales transactions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Assist with merchandising and housekeeping duties, including stock rotation and display maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift up to 30kg and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Manual dexterity required to use petroleum pumps, sales till, and peripherals.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
