Job Title: Technician I-IT

US Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technician I-IT to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, networks, and other IT-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating software and firmware, and performing backups.
  • Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred.
