Job Summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
