Position Overview

The Construction Project Coordinator plays a vital role in the effective management of renovation projects, ensuring that every phase, from planning to execution, is handled with precision. This position involves close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and contractors. The primary objective is to ensure that all projects are initiated on schedule, adhere to budgetary limits, and are completed within the specified timeframe set by AGM Renovations. The Project Coordinator is responsible for fulfilling client expectations and achieving a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Overseeing daily project operations
  2. Ensuring all Work Requests (WRs) are promptly received, signed, and documented within 24 hours
  3. Conducting random audits of Work Requests
  4. Facilitating the creation of Work Requests as needed
  5. Managing subcontractors and resolving any arising issues
  6. Supporting the purchasing team when necessary
  7. Preparing Change Orders
  8. Conducting site visits in response to escalations or client feedback
  9. Providing ongoing project updates and reports
  10. Conducting mandatory site inspections
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
  2. Experience in residential projects
  3. Proven management experience
Educational Requirements:

A degree from a college or university is required.
