Job Summary

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating subcontractors, evaluating daily operations, and preparing construction project budget estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets

  • Construction Management
    • Oversee construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, and building construction

Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related field
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Working at Heights Training
    • WSIB Clearance Certificate
    • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
    • First Aid Certificate
    • CPR Certificate
    • CADD Course
    • WHMIS Certificate
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project
    • Experience with CADD software and other construction management tools
    • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
